    • Foreign Language Tour Guides

      The Polynesian Cultural Center offers a limited number of foreign language tours in Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese for guests who have purchased the Super Ambassador and Ambassador level packages. Guests can also buy language tour at an additional $25.00 per person.

    • Lost & Found

      The Lost & Found Department is located at the Customer Service Center in the Hukilau Marketplace at the entrance to the Polynesian Cultural Center.

      IMPORTANT INFORMATION

      Arrive early! With numerous activities, demonstrations, shows, places to eat and shop, and 42 acres of Polynesian wonder to explore, we recommend that you arrive early. Gates open at 12:30 pm

      Check your tickets to confirm your dining time

      • Ali’i Luau: Seating begins at 4:40 pm
      • Gateway Buffet: Seating starts at 4:30 pm

      Evening show “Ha: Breath of Life” – Seating begins at 7:00p. Show starts at 7:30 pm.

      Check-in time for Guided Tour services are between 12:30 – 2:00 pm. No guided tour services are available after 2:00 pm.

      Dress comfortably (no bathing suits) and wear comfortable shoes to enjoy 42 acres of the Polynesian Cultural Center – We have electric scooters, wheelchairs, and strollers for rent if needed.

      Use of sunblock is highly recommended.

      Drink lots of water.

      If you purchased transportation to the PCC, be at your designated pickup area at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
