Full-day Package
What does a full-day package include?
Our Full Day package includes your 12:00 pm admission, allowing you to enjoy an immersive cultural experience in our island villages, dinner at our delicious Aliʻi Lūʻau Buffet with live, all Hawaiian, musical program, and reserved seating at "HĀ: Breath of Life", our spectacular evening show.
There is much to do at the Polynesian Cultural Center, so plan carefully. We suggest you arrive by 12:00 pm so that you can get your tickets and be at the gate by 12:15 pm so that you can enjoy a full day of fun! You can make the most of your day by reviewing our schedule via the Polynesian Cultural Center App or the printed material you receive upon arrival.
Package Details:
Gate Show at 12:15; HUKI: A Canoe Celebration Pageant at 12:40 pm. Guided or self-guided tours of the Islands of Polynesia (12:15 pm entry) – Access to 6 island villages and exhibits with canoe rides, presentations, and hands-on activities.
Dinner packages include the – Aliʻi Lūʻau Buffet with live entertainment or the Gateway Buffet with live music only. These packages also include our evening show – the HĀ: Breath of Life in our beautiful Pacific Theater.

Ticket Upgrades
Guests with pre-purchased tickets can upgrade their tickets at any time prior to their visit or arrival at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Please note that ticket upgrades are based on space availability.

Tax Charges
Am I taxed on my purchases?
Yes, in compliance with Hawaiʻi laws, all purchases are subject to taxes and fees as follows:
Sales Taxes: These are government-mandated taxes calculated on the total price of your tickets, which vary depending on the tickets you purchased.
Processing Fees: These fees cover the costs associated with payment processing and transaction handling, ensuring a smooth and secure checkout experience.
This combination of taxes and fees ensures your order is compliant with local regulations, and that we can provide you with the best possible service.
Can I use the cost of my tickets as a non-profit deduction on my taxes?
This purchase is for an experience and generally is not a tax deduction. However, consulting your tax accountant may be in your best interest.

Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my reservations?
Guests can cancel their reservations any time prior to 5:00 pm Hawaiian Standard Time (HST) the day before your activity date without penalty. Cancellations or No-Shows without appropriate notice will be ineligible for a refund.
Guests who have purchased their tickets or ground transportation through a travel agency or tour operator must request cancellation through those sources, which invariably have their own cancellation and refund policies.

Check-in Procedure
How do I check-in?
For your convenience, use our paperless ticketing system. The QR code in your confirmation email allows you to scan your phone to check-in directly at the gate. If you would prefer a printed ticket, you may go to our Ticketing Center located in the Welcome Center. The Ticketing Office opens at 12:00 pm and the Islands open at 12:15 pm.
Check-in Procedures are as follows:
If you purchased the Super Ambassador package, you may arrive at any time during operation hours. If you use the App, go directly to the Island Kiosk near the island entrance to be assigned a tour guide. If you do not use the App, go to the Welcome Center where you will be checked-in and assigned a guide. To fully enjoy all that the Center has to offer we recommend arriving in time for the Islands opening at 12:15 pm.
If you purchased the Aliʻi Lūʻau package, and are using your email or app, then go directly to the Island entrance. There you will be assigned to groups of approximately 10-15 people. To fully enjoy all that the Center has to offer we recommend arriving in time for the Islands opening at 12:15 pm and the HUKI: A Canoe Celebration. If you arrive after 2:00 pm, you will not be able to participate in the guided Islands of Polynesia tour. Seating for the Aliʻi lūʻau starts at 4:40 pm.
If you are an ʻOhana Club Member, Annual Pass holder, Lifetime Pass holder, or have a voucher please report directly to the Ticketing Office in the Welcome Center to obtain your tickets.
If you are attending the HĀ: Breath of Life show only be sure to obtain your “Show Only” tickets at the Ticketing Office by 6:45 pm. Seating for the "HĀ: Breath of Life show" opens at 7:00 pm while the show starts promptly at 7:30 pm.
If your ticket includes round-trip motor coach transportation, your driver will provide directions to the Ticketing Office. If you have an email confirmation you may use our paper-free ticketing system and continue straight to the Islands entrance.

Free 3-day Pass
How long are my tickets good for? May I return to the islands after the tour?
The FREE 3-Day Pass enables you to enjoy re-admission to further explore our Islands of Polynesia villages for up to three consecutive business days after your initial visit. You cannot move your lūʻau or HĀ: Breath of Life tickets, but you can return to the islands as often as you like during the 3-day pass. Meals, bus transportation, and our “HĀ: Breath of Life” evening show are not included and must be purchased separately.
Please present your ticket stubs, electronic mobile tickets, or proof of ticket purchase along with a photo ID to the Box Office to receive your Free 3-Day Re-Admission Pass. The FREE 3-Day Re-Admission Pass is not transferable.

Transportation / Shuttle Service
Is there a Shuttle Service from Waikīkī?
The Polynesian Cultural Center offers round-trip transportation in an air-conditioned coach from Waikīkī. Enjoy a spectacularly scenic ride on the most beautiful beach-side highway on Oʻahu while learning about Hawaiian history and culture from our friendly local guide. Guests will be returned to Waikīkī at approximately 10:45 pm. Transportation is sold separately.

Motor coach transportation picks up guests from designated locations near your Waikīkī hotel. See the motor-coach pickup schedule below for more details.
Our Circle Island tour option is a narrated tour that will travel past historic, scenic, and cultural highlights of Oʻahu. Join us on this journey to discover Hawaiʻi, and then arrive at the Center to learn about the rest of Polynesia.

What is the Keiki Passport?
Our Keiki Passport is an activity filled coloring book and stamp page in pdf form on our website. It encourages your child to learn interesting cultural details and fun Polynesian activities in the comfort of your home. It is also available at the Island Entrance for your child to complete while participating in the Island activities.

Lap Child Policy
What is the child age limit for tickets?
Children under the age of 4 are not charged for entrance to any of the ticketed activities including entry to the Polynesian Cultural Center Villages, attendance at HĀ: Breath of Life evening show, and dining at our Gateway Buffet or any of the ala carte or snack items throughout the park, including meals at our Snack Shacks and various island food kiosks are sold separately.
Motor Coach and Circle Island transportation to and from the Polynesian Cultural Center requires children under 4 who do not have a paid ticket to sit in an adult’s lap.
Because many of our dining facilities can be sold out, we cannot guarantee extra seating for children under 4 who do not have a paid ticket. Please plan on holding your child on your lap or utilizing one of our highchairs (limited availability).
Children under 4 who do not have a paid ticket will need to sit on an adult’s lap while attending our HĀ: Breath of Life evening show.
We have strollers and wagons avaiable to rent for your convenience. -

Does the Center provide free photos of my family?
Get one FREE Polynesian Cultural Center-themed digital photo included with your ticket! Follow the steps below to redeem this FREE benefit.
Steps to Redeem Your FREE Photo:
- Stop and get photographed by our Magic Memories photographers as you enter the Islands of Polynesia or the Aliʻi Luʻāu. The photo must be taken at one of these locations to redeem the offer.
- The photographer will give you a card with a QR code.
- Scan the QR code with your phone or follow the instructions on the card.
- Select the cart that says “Free Photo!” and enter your email.
- One photo will be pre-selected to be redeemed for free.
