Mahalo Business Program

The Mahalo Business Program is the Polynesian Cultural Center's affiliate program — a free way to earn commissions by sharing our experiences with your audience. When someone clicks your unique affiliate link and completes a qualifying purchase on our website, you earn a commission.

The program is powered by Impact.com, a trusted affiliate marketing platform, which means you get:

As a member, you'll also gain access to the broader Impact Affiliate Network, opening the door to partnerships with other merchants beyond the Polynesian Cultural Center.

These are award-winning experiences that sell themselves, making it easier to convert your audience into commissions. 

Getting started is straightforward. Here's what to expect:

• Submit your application — Fill out the Affiliate Application form and review and agree to the Affiliate Agreement before submitting.
• Wait for review — We'll evaluate your application within 5–7 business days.
• Get approved and get started — Once approved, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need: affiliate links, banners, and other resources to hit the ground running.

No — joining the Mahalo Business Program is completely free. There are no setup fees, no monthly charges, and no hidden costs. You simply apply, get approved, and start earning. 

When you're approved, you'll receive a unique affiliate ID along with custom tracking links to place on your site. Every time a visitor clicks on one of your links and makes a qualifying purchase, the sale is automatically attributed to your account.

You can monitor your performance anytime through your Impact.com dashboard, which gives you access to:

• Real-time reporting on clicks, conversions, and commissions
• Link-level performance data so you can see exactly which links are driving sales
• Actionable insights to help you optimize your promotions and maximize earnings 

A qualified sale is a completed ticket purchase that is not cancelled, declined, or refunded. When a qualified sale is confirmed, the commission is credited to your account. 

The locking period is a window of time after a sale during which a commission can still be adjusted or reversed. This allows time to account for factors like cancellations, duplicate transactions, or payment issues. Once the locking period ends, the commission is confirmed and locked in for payment.

Locking periods vary by merchant. For the Polynesian Cultural Center, the locking period depends on your business location — please contact us or refer to your affiliate agreement for the specific locking period that applies to you. 

Payments are issued via direct deposit or paper check. Here's how the payment timeline works:

• Sale confirmed — A qualified sale is recorded and enters the locking period.
• Locking period ends — Once the locking period closes, the commission is approved and finalized.
• Invoice generated — On the 3rd of the following month, an invoice is automatically created for your approved commissions.
• Payment issued — Your payment is processed 15 days after invoicing and sent via your chosen payment method. 

To ensure timely payments, make sure your direct deposit or mailing information is up to date in your Impact.com dashboard. 

Our cookie duration is 30 days. This means that if a visitor clicks on your affiliate link and makes a qualifying purchase on polynesia.com within 30 days of that click, you'll receive a commission for the sale. 

We provide everything you need to start promoting the Polynesian Cultural Center and earning commissions right away. Once approved, you'll have access to:

• Unique affiliate links — Custom tracking links to share wherever you connect with your audience — online, on social media, or in person.
• Banners — Ready-made visual assets in a variety of sizes to suit different placements on your site
• Dedicated support team — Real people available to help you with questions, troubleshoot issues, and make the most of your affiliate partnership 

Affiliate links are created directly in your Impact.com publisher dashboard. Here's how:

1. Log in to your Impact.com publisher dashboard.
2. Go to Create a link section on the homepage of your dashboard.
3. Select "Polynesian Cultural Center" as the brand.
4. Enter a landing page URL — this is optional. If left blank, your link will default to polynesia.com.
5. Select “Create” to generate a link.
6. Select “Copy” to place the link on your site, social channels, or wherever you're promoting. 

Pro tip: If you're promoting a specific package or experience, use a more targeted landing page URL rather than the homepage. This sends visitors directly to what they're already interested in, which can improve conversions. 

All available banners and graphics can be found on your Impact portal under Content, then Assets and then Images. Each banner and graphic are downloadable and come with HTML & IFrame Ad codes and tracking link. 

All banners and graphics are available on your Impact.com publisher dashboard. To find them:

1. Log in to your Impact.com publisher dashboard.
2. Navigate to Content in the main menu.
3. Select Assets, then Images. 

From there you can preview, download, and deploy any available banner or graphics. Each asset includes:

• HTML & iFrame ad codes for easy embedding directly into your site
• A tracking link so commissions are automatically attributed to your account
