Ticket pickup is between 4:00 - 6:00 PM outside of the Pacific Theater on the day of the concert. Make sure to show your Ohana Club ID at the entrance. Unclaimed tickets will be distributed to anyone waiting in the stand-by line after 6:00 PM.

How can I get tickets for the concert?
RSVP here to secure your spot. Tickets will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Pick up your tickets the night of the concert at the Pacific Theater between 4-6 PM. Unclaimed tickets will be given to those in our stand-by line at 6 PM, so arrive early to enjoy the show!

How many tickets can I reserve?
Each Ohana Club member can reserve one ticket.

Can I RSVP for my friends, family, or others?
No. Each Ohana Club member must RSVP individually using their own email address. One adult ticket per email address. Additional submissions won't increase your ticket allotment.

What if I wasn’t able to secure tickets online?
Unclaimed tickets will be available at 6 PM on the day of the concert on a first-come, first-served basis to those in the stand-by line outside the Pacific Theater.

What do I need to bring to pick up my tickets?
To pick up your tickets, you will need to show your Ohana Club ID. You can present your card digitally on your phone, the PCC app or a past email. You can also show a physical card if you have one.

What if I miss the ticket pickup?
We'll have a stand-by line outside the Pacific Theater on concert night. Unclaimed tickets will be distributed at 6 PM on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I reserve specific seats?
No, seats are not reserved. The concert is open seating, so arrive early to get the best seats. Keep in mind that if you leave your seat, others may take it.

Do I need to be an Ohana Club member?
Yes. Everyone over 18 must be an Ohana Club member. Sign up for free at polynesia.com/residents. Must be a Hawaii resident.

Can I bring my kids?
Yes! Please indicate the number of children you're bringing when you RSVP.

Can I bring a non-Hawaii Resident as my guest?
Unfortunately, the concert is exclusively for Ohana Club members. To attend the concert, you and your guests must be registered Ohana Club members and Hawaii residents. If you're not already a member, you can sign up for free at polynesia.com/residents.

Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Yes! There will be select vendors in the Hukilau Marketplace selling food and drinks.

Can I bring food and drinks into the Theater?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks to the theater. To help keep our venue clean, please dispose of your trash responsibly.

Yes, there's ample free parking available.

Is there a bag policy for the concert?
Bags will be checked upon entry. No alcohol or smoking permitted.
