*This menu and meal service are identical to the Ali'i Lu'au package's menu and meal service. This menu also does not include prime rib or crab legs, or any other items from the Ambassador menu. This menu is served with Pepsi products. Alcohol is NOT available at the Polynesian Cultural Center.

There are actually two PCC Ambassador packages that are identical, except for the dining option:
- This one, featuring our authentic island-style Hawaiian luau;
- And the Ambassador Prime Rib, that includes a delicious prime rib dinner buffet in our Ambassador Restaurant
In either case, an Ambassador package is an excellent way to experience the Polynesian Cultural Center with extra service and amenities; but please be aware that the number of tickets available at the Ambassador level of service is limited. Book early, if you're interested, especially during our peak seasons (June-August and December-January).
